Terms of Service

Article 1. Purpose

These Terms govern your use of the 8 Million Park creator-advertiser platform ('Service') and define the rights and obligations between the Company and its members.

Article 2. Definitions

• "Member": anyone who agrees to these Terms and registers for the Service
• "Creator": a member who registers a profile and matches with advertisers
• "Advertiser": a member who partners with creators for marketing
• "Referral Code": a unique code used by members to invite others

Article 3. Service Description

• Creator-advertiser matching and referral link commerce
• Creator profile registration and marketplace listing
• Referral code-based invitation and reward system
• Events and prize draws (iPhone, MacBook, etc.)
• Academy (educational content) provision

Article 4. Membership

Membership requires signing up with a social account (Google, Facebook, Kakao). By signing up, you agree to these Terms. Providing false information or using another person's identity may result in restricted access.

Article 5. Member Obligations

• No fraudulent activity using multiple accounts
• No content that infringes on others' intellectual property
• No actions that disrupt normal platform operations
• Compliance with applicable laws and these Terms

Article 6. Service Restrictions

The Company may restrict or suspend access without prior notice in the following cases:

• Fraudulent event participation (multi-accounts, bot sign-ups, etc.)
• Fraud, abuse, or privacy violations against other members
• Unauthorized access attempts to service systems

Article 7. Events & Prizes

• Events are held according to the period and conditions announced by the Company
• Prize draws are conducted fairly via live streaming
• Winners are contacted individually; failure to respond within 7 days may void the prize
• Prize delivery may be restricted depending on region/country

Article 8. Disclaimers

• The Company is not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure or server issues
• The Company only bears intermediary obligations for member-to-member transactions and disputes

Article 9. Withdrawal & Refunds

Members may withdraw at any time by deleting their account. All personal data is immediately destroyed upon withdrawal. Refund policies for paid services are governed by separate notices.

Article 10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Makati City, Philippines.
